[SADXA] DX Spot VP6J 18.085 Up 1

     I could not hear VP6J at 1700, the C31 was almost same QRG and very 
weak.

     Now (1745) the VP6 is great copy.

     17m sounds odd- almost empty, only the VY0;  then R6AF, C31, and a 
few odd EUR pop up. Now I dont hear EUR again...
