Tom,

If you read this, some suggestions to fix what appears to be a polarity problem 
with the E30FB RTTY operation:

 From W4TV (lists at subich.com) via the Elecraft reflector:

    "If someone has a channel to them - if they are using one of the K3s
    on RTTY (FSK) have them change CONFIG:FSK POL from 0 to 1 or 1 to 0.
    If they are using one of the TS-590s on RTTY (FSK) have them change
    MENU 45 (FSK keying polarity) to ON (OFF is default) - or OFF if it
    is ON.

    If they're using AFSK_A with the K3 or AFSK via ACC2/USB with the
    TS-590 - have them contact me with their software, which rig and
    whether they're using USB or LSB (TS-590) AFSK_A/AFSK_A REV and I'll
    work out the changes for them."
