[SADXA] Hamfest Conflict

ARCA cannot be held accountable when some Club goes rogue.
The blame for this fiasco falls on Oro Valley. What is worse, they
knew from last year that the CARA Fest was held on that date.
This seems to me to be a blatant disregard of others.
