Looks good John. Before this is done they need to be reminded that if there
is no action to abate the noise the amateur community has no other avenue
for correction but to file complaints with the FCC. We don't want that and I
suspect they do not want that either.

I will get a note off  to them shortly. Maybe even a letter the the head
dude at TEP.
