 Ralph is now currently QRV In Apia, Samoa until March/April 2013 and is
 looking to make many new contacts and reconnect with the many operators
 from his time in H44. Ralph will be returning after this to the 
Solomons where he will continue to prepare for the IOTA SI Tour 2013, 
with the plan to activate oc-285

Ralph is looking for 2-3 operators to activate oc-285 of which one must have cw experience.
