[SADXA] Elmer Award- NQ7R Tom

At the annual CADXA banquet Jan 5th I presented NQ7R Tom an Elmer Award from ARRL.  He is very deserving of this award. Without him, I might not even be a HAM today. He is very passionate about being a HAM. He has spent endless hours helping me and giving me encouragement when I was frustrated. He is always there no matter what my questions or needs have been (and it has been many). He takes the time to explain things to me, help me work on equipment and never refuses me when I have a project. He has always helped with my antenna and tower projests.
Tom, thank you very much for all your help and patience. You make being a HAM and DX'er a great pleasure.
