[SADXA] more flares

Well noticed, Jim.

Worked HR5/F2JD at 16:33 on 29.483, and had hopes for the 10m
band today, but I was still hearing no domestic beacons at that time.

Then the new flare began rising at 17:20, after my 2nd breakfast... hi.
Indeed, it rose to somewhere between M8-9.  The NOAO 


The high bands are "sterilized".  Some 75 minutes after the flare
began to rise, I still hear nothing, 10, 12, 15, 20m.

Oops, hearing now someone on Maritime Mobile Service net,
on 14.300, WA4YBC, net controller for their net.  Prop. very poor,
but NCS is loud (he's in Port Arkansas, TX).
