10105 'QSX up"

Appeared to be working only JA, but I got him QSX 10108.9

 Odd prop, he has worked perhaps 40 JAs in 25 minutes, no Europeans, even though JA 
still an hour before sunset, and EUR just coming onto sunrise. He has a lot of USA
calling on 10108, yet he had not worked any in the 25 minutes I was listening.

  But he is building a bit, about S6 now on peaks.
