[SADXA] Ned's Sierra Leone operation QRV

Ned AA7A and the VooDoo team are active this weekend as 9L5VT in the CQ WW
DX CW contest.  You may remember he gave us a preview at a recent club
meeting.

They are on both 40m and 80m as of about 0600Z and relatively easy to work -
I only have a dipole on these bands and got through fairly quickly.

40m was 7.0293, 80m was 3.5581

I'm sure he would be happy to hear from lots of his friends in SADXA whether
you're active in the contest or not.
