[SADXA] Arizona QSO Party Planned Operations

With one month to go until the AZQP, we are still missing GILA COUNTY as a
planned operation.  It is important to have all counties covered for several
reasons, one being the new Arizona Worked All Counties Award, sponsored by the
Yavapai Amateur Radio Club.

If you are in Gila County and planning to operate in the Arizona QSO Party,
please announce it by sending an email to info at azqsoparty.org and we'll put it up
on the website.  If you have ham friends (or even enemies!) in Gila County,
please let them know they're a wanted county!

Of course, anyone wishing to announce their planned operation is encouraged to do so!
