I talked to Bernie today and he seems to be doing well, considering all things.

He did say that they have set a date for Karen's service and that will be October 3, at the Catalina United Methodist Church on Speedway. Most likely the  time will be 11 AM but that is soft yet.

Karen's Brother will be doing the service as he is a minister. 

There will be an Obituary in the paper soon so watch for that and there will be more details in it regarding services.

There will be a Memorial fund for Karen and it will go to the Arizona Cancer Center as Karen is a cancer survivor. This should also be reflected in the Obit.

The request is that instead of flowers for the service donate to the memorial fund.

Bernie also asked that please no visitor yet as they are still very busy working out the issues that need taking care of. He will let us know when it is ok to visit.
