I read that and figured the the people at the county would probably fail to see a difference between ham towers and cellular towers.  You know the nitwits in the Tucson Mountain association will lump them together.

I think that the ham community should be taking preemptive measures to educate the Board of Supes about the benefits we hams provide in delivering emergency communications, and how detrimental restrictive tower limits are in that regard.

To be sure we went through this before, but these are politicians whose memories are no longer than the last lobbying effort from the latest squeaky wheel.
