Bernie:

You must have been in HRO there in SD.  Tom and I go back many years.

I checked out the KC0LL website. I chuckled all the way through the view of 
the tower. What a  fantastic outcome. I wonder how much flack the county has 
had over that tower. The jokers at the Pima P&Z really did  themselves in on 
this one. I must find him and hear his story.

I wonder what they define as an engineered tower. Rohn is an engineered 
tower with engineering to go with it.
