[RVRC] Traffic net usage request.

I would not have any objections to temporarily relocate the Net to W2QW until the issues with K2GE are resolved. 
BTW - I was surprised to hear N2WFW from Toms River Q5 into W2QW this morning. Amazing coverage to the south!!
