[RVRC] Charity Race Event help requested!

Hi, All!

I received a request from Emily at the Aubrey Foundation for communications
support for their "*2nd Annual Purple for Pappas 5K*" race that will be
held on *Sunday October 9th, 2016* at *Linwood Middle School in North
Brunswick, NJ*. They would be delighted if they could get 6+ ham radio
operators to help out with communications for their event. Our folks should
be prepared to arrive around* 7:30 AM*. The race ends around *11:30 AM*.

I met Aubrey's father at GriefShare -- she was a much-beloved teacher in
the area who died (along with her unborn child) in a tragic car wreck in
South Brunswick on October 8, 2014.

Unfortunately, I will not be in NJ for this event, as I will be traveling
out west for the next 4 weeks.  So, I am asking for someone to step up and
volunteer to lead a small team of hams in support of this worthwhile
charity.

*Who would like to be that leader? * If you're not willing to manage the
operation, would you be willing to volunteer to help out by coming to North
Brunswick on Oct. 9 and bringing your HT with you for a few hours?!
