Washington Avenue South of Route 22 to be Closed to all Traffic for Three Weeks

GREEN BROOK, NJ - The Green Brook Police Department would like to advise all residents and surrounding communities that due to emergency sewer repairs in Dunellen, Washington Avenue in Green Brook will be closed to all traffic at the Dunellen border starting Monday, May 16 at 6:00 am and continuing until Friday, June 3, 2016.

As a result of this closure, traffic travelling south on Washington Avenue from Route 22 will be detoured onto Greenbrook Road towards Rock Avenue.

Motorists are urged to use alternate routes during this construction, including Rock Avenue and Warrenville Road.
