[RVRC] Win System Tech net

With all due respect, I don't think that the reason our machines are under
utilized are that they're linked to other systems - certainly this is the
case for the 2m machine. With my schedule, I typically only listen to our
2m and 440 machines a few times per week. Whenever I do, they're never
being used at all, neither by linked systems or by any members.

I really like the idea of linking into the Friday night Tech net. It's a
link/net that has a regular schedule, and I think it will bring more people
out of the woodwork to use the machine in the area, and help to draw more
people to the club which will be viewed as a good technical resource.

I used to regularly listen and participate on other Tech nets when I lived
in Hillsborough. EPARA ran a real nice one on Friday nights years ago, and
it really helped a lot of people. There's a nice one run by LIMARC, but I
can't hear them in my new house.

Personally, I think tying into this Tech net will do nothing but good.

Alan
