[RVRC] Interloper

As a control operator I have had to shut down the 2 meter repeater this
afternoon because of our NY interloper persistently hanging around. Today he
is using the call KC2BEG stating he is Pat from Brooklyn. That call is for a
Pat, but from Bronx. He still is asking for signal repots on his ic? 7000.
He has been keying up over our Sunday night nets for several weeks. I
suggest using high power or checking in on Allstar this evening
