TO All Members,

This email is to inform you of the tech. committee's handling of the
unlicensed use of the 440 repeater and changes that needed to be made to
help limit the interference. at this time the FCC has been informed and is
looking in the issues as the know who the person is. thank you to Pete
kd3arb for talking to the FCC. from now on after 10 P.M. the system will
be placed in sleep mode what this will do is is keep our Rx turned off in
less the  link is active or we bring it up via dtmf after the repeater is
quite for 10 Min the RX will shut off. OK so here are the commands

*57 will bring on the RX when in sleep mode
*58 will shut off the RX right away overrides the timer
