[RVRC] Cross-Post UPDATE: More on TCF on March 16th

For those who are in the David Sarnoff Radio Club -- the Ham Cram and
Exam is "our" event! Please publicize to folks you know who might want
to earn (or upgrade) their licenses. All ages are welcome to give it a
try! Attendees who only want to attend the Ham Cram and Exam event do
NOT have to pay the TCF fee -- just say you are there for that and
they should NOT charge you the $10. If you do want to attend some of
the talks that were mentioned in the prior message, those are part of
TCF and you'll need to pay the $10. Also, the Cram is free, but the
Exam is $14 (payable at the Exam). You can also take some advance
practice tests at <http://www.qrz.com/hamtest/>. Last year we had a
very good success rate and we should be able to duplicate (or better)
that this time.

BTW, the ROOM that the Ham Cram and Exam is scheduled for is PHY-128
-- that is the PHYSICS BUILDING at TCNJ, not Armstrong (where most of
the rest of TCF is being held). Ham Cram sessions are at 10:15 and
11:20 with a practice exam at 1:30 and the for-real exam at 3:40.
Probably we can use a few more volunteers to help out with the Cram

Hoping for a good turnout and cooperative weather (though it's
indoors, good weather will still help)!
