Read first statement.  What TOS issue exact?

I betcha you if you said you used Skype, you would get the same party
line.  But in reality, Verizon doesn't care. Our usage of Asterisk is so
insignificant I doubt Verizon would even notice!

I'm fine with a business account but I'd like to know a technical reason on
WHY we need this? We are talking about upping the clubs costs $40/month or
$480/year.

Paul, let me say this:

If Verizon detects we are using Asterisk and asks us to upgrade to a
business account, then sure, we do it. But until then...
