[RVRC] FW: Amateur Radio License as Proof of ID?

The rules have changed from what it once was........once-upon-a-time, any 
federal issued license could count as part of the I.D. requirement, now 
there are very specific items;

The only federally issued license that is acceptable as part of the I.D. 
requirement is a 'PILOT License'!
