[RVRC] Amateur Radio License as Proof of ID?

It might be easier to just ask the Motor Vehicle Commission.

Anyone know if your Amateur Radio License counts for any
identification points under the NJ motor vehicles service?

Someone asked me and I really don't know.  I thought the answer had to
be yes because its issued by the Federal government (you can laugh at
me now).

But after Googling and not finding any definitive answer, I think the
answer maybe no.

Anyone explore this topic (or TRY it)?
