[RVRC] Meeting

Although the bylaws that John stated have not yet  been adopted, the current
bylaws require at least 7 days' notice for a special meeting. Although we
may need provisions for "emergencies" this is not one. This situation
reminds me of a used car salesman asking what does he need to do for you to
by this car today.

The bylaws state that the president can call a special meeting. He shall
give date time and meeting place within a reasonable time frame. 
No meeting should be done on telephones or any other means except members in
PERSON This is no doubt that it is going to cost the club an expensive
output of cash. Whatever this is about.
