The bylaws state that the president can call a special meeting. He shall
give date time and meeting place within a reasonable time frame. 
No meeting should be done on telephones or any other means except members in
PERSON
This is no doubt that it is going to cost the club an expensive 
output of cash. Whatever this is about.
