      Calling all Amateur Operators stateside:




      I received my Afghan Amateur Radio license today after an 11 month pursuit.
      I have about three months left in country to operate.

      If the band is open, I would love to work some of you on HF. Currently, I am expecting to operate between 1430-1800 UTC. I will operate CW and phone. Looking for anything that is open. It looks like 40 and 20 are the best right now. CW on the bottom. Give me a heads up if you want me to listen out for you. I have not heard any US calls since I have been monitoring, so
      it may be a tough feat.
