[RRDXA] Customs reference number for ham equipment

Hi,

Happy New Year and a healthy 2009 for all!

If I remember correct, a while ago someone on this reflector mentioned a 
customs reference number to be used for ham radio equipment.

Can someone refer me to this number (I assume this reference number is not 
solely for Germany?) pse?

I received a parcel from the US of A, total value abt. 158 euro, and had to 
pay almost 79 euro to UPS (who handled the import duties themselves 
apparently). This seems a bit out of proportion to me.
