If you've visited the HamIM website, you've noticed that it basically says:
o Download the software and get it running on APRS to get used to it
o Make a couple of "tweaks" when you move over to HamIM on 147.585 MHz
Well, I've updated the site to now include what those "tweaks" should be. It is
a graphic file (a screen shot is worth a thousand words). Visit my website,
follow the hyperlink for HamIM and scroll to the bottom section titled "How to
Participate". There, you will find the update:
"When you're ready, makes [these] final mandatory tweaks before you QSY to the
North American HamIM frequency of 147.585 MHz."
If you have a packet TNC, then you're all of a half-hour away from being HamIM
active!
