How are u?  Glad u are coming down south agn.  
I hope we can work u a few times.  Glad we got
the storm outta the way...hi. Should we look for u
on 144.260?  We are driving down Fri...will u be
on Friday nite too?

We can't stay at the Elizabethan Inn anymore as they
now have a 2-nite minimum...the price of success...
