[Rover] Another antenna questionaire

I am still trying to get my rover station setup now that car trading has
been completed.(Wife finally picked the car she wants to drive)

Also, I know I will be at a slight disadvantage if I use a verticle versus a
horizontal antenna.

HOWEVER,

Looking for responces as to what type of verticle antennas you folks have
used and your feelings of their performance?

Also looking into using one of the Diamond/Comet tri-band units with a tuner
to get the 6meter side down into the SSB range, if needed.

My rover setup is changing from a run & gun, into a stop & shoot type setup
so mobile operation other than some ragchew is not a high priority.
