[Rover] N9RLA/R Rover expedition a bust.

My rover plans went bust even before the contest started as my trailer hitch
antenna mount has been held up by the old trailer hitch has been on the car
since new (1991) and rust has made it a permanent part of the car so out has
came the torch and 4" angle grinder instead of wrenches.

Hope to try for Jan 2003 VHF contest and the Spring Sprints.

Nice thing about contesting, if this one craps out there is always the next
one in a few months...
