Jacob,

Since this truck has a flat bed, you might want to consider the installation 
of a TRIPOD to support a 10 foot mast, with the rotator bolted to the bed.  
Or you might want to be a little more ingenious, and instead of using a 
TRIPOD, you might want to use one of those FOLDING LADDERS.  You could move 
the center section of the folding ladder up and down the mast, with a thrust 
bearing, that way you would be able to climb up the ladder and install your 
antenna.

Just some thoughts.
