[Rover] Rochester NY Hamfest rover forum

Gang,
 Once again this year Todd, n2wvk and myself, n2jmh will have the N2JMH
Psycho Rover setup at the Rochester NY Hamfest the weekend of May 31st -
June 2nd. We will be operational with 6 meters through 10 gig all mode as
usual and I invite everyone to stop in and make an eyeball qso with us. This
is one of the few times you will ever catch us sitting still long enough for
you to take a look inside to see what it takes to be a competitive VHF
contest rover.
 You should not have a hard time finding us at the Dome center with 30' of
tower attached to a van. We will be setup with the joint RVHFG/RDXA

 This year the RVHFG will host a rover forum from 9:30 to 11:30 Saturday
morning with 1/2 hour presentations by Paul, n2opw with roving 101 covering
the basics of roving. Todd n2wvk will demonstrate how to build an
inexpensive laser communicator suitable for roving. Jim, n2jmh will do 1/2
hour on station integration for roving and the last 1/2 hour will be a
question and answer period with pictures of some of the rovers that operate
in the contests from the local area.
 If you have ever considered roving or are curious what it takes to put one
of these vehicles together this will be a good chance to gather ideas and
information.
