[Rover] Dual battery setup question

I am in the process of installing a dual battery setup for the rover car and
was wondering about any pitfalls as to using a deep cycle battery for the #2
battery to power mostly the amps and the radios while not in motion.  Radios
are only 10 - 25 watt models so there drain isn't going to be as strong as
the amps 22-55 amps for 150+ watts.

So, has anyone tried or are doing this type of dual battery setup?
