[RadioShack] ham question

well i know what it covers my question is the pro 95 gets the ham bands 
like my other scanner but this one aslo gets the 33cm band whiv is 
902.000- 928.000
and the 25 cm which is 1240.00-1300.00
is that a ham band that would have to have local repters or do those go 
a lng distance that witha  good antinia I might pick up. becuse I havent 
heard any repters here in town on those bands I am in Cody wyo
