[RadioShack] New Reflector!!

Firebuff, Stormspotter (OKARK Skywarn for NWS), ham radio operator, and
computer programmer (have to do something to support the hobbies). I own
and have in daily use a pro-92 and -95 scanner, an HTX-10 10m mobile in the
truck, an HTX-242 2m mobile for my "base" and an HTX-420 HT that lives in my
briefcase, except when I'm working special events.

BTW, I have a considerable power hum (60 cycle) in the 242, even after
changing power supplies and putting a large cap in parallel with the supply
leads. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Jay
