[RadioShack] HTX252 2 meter rig

At times, I can be within eyesight of our repeater's antenna and the 
transceiver will not key up the repeater. The transceiver is putting out 25 
watts as measured and the PL tone is correct. If I switch the DTMF switch on 
the microphone on and off the transceiver will work properly for a while 
until it is shut off. When turned back on, the trouble will reappear 
approximately 2 out of 3 times. I have owned 2 of these transceivers and the 
trouble showed up in both of them. Has anyone else experienced this and do 
you have a fix for it? Thanx and 73, Dave N9XU
