[Racal] RA37 / RA137 Question

Can anyone explain why C25 (10uF) in the balanced mixer of RA37 (C49 in RA137) is not matched with and equal value capacitor in the other half of the balanced mixer?
I cannot fathom why the mixer would not be decoupled equally on each half.

I have just partially rebuilt  an abused RA137, including scratch homebrew of the 1Mc/s low pass filter, recapping and remanufacture of the tuning scale and escutcheon window. So I have been spending some quality time with my RA137 on the bench and noticed this quirk whilst recapping.
