The 2nd VFO oscillator (V12) in this RA-17 Mk2 receiver has its plate
connected to B+ via an unreadable resistor (measures 43Kohms), instead of
the more normal RFC (L86).  Can anyone tell me what value this resistor
should be and/or the value of L86.
 

******* R76 should be a 33k 1 Watt (the book says half watt).L86 is a later
mod,the value should be the same as any of the B+ RF chokes (I think it is
1mH).
