[Racal] RA-17 Mk2

The 2nd VFO oscillator (V12) in this RA-17 Mk2 receiver has its plate 
connected to B+ via an unreadable resistor (measures 43Kohms), instead 
of the more normal RFC (L86).  Can anyone tell me what value this 
resistor should be and/or the value of L86.
