[R-390] TEST! In favor of moving to groups.io

I already belong to a couple of lists/groups that are on groups.io
It works fine for me on those lists, if folks are having a problem
posting/receiving in this list then maybe it's time to make a move.
I subscribe to the list with a daily digest so email updates don't ping me
all night long. Haven't had a problem sending but I only post from the web
gmail interface on Chrome.
