[R-390] Survey to Consider Moving R-390 Mail List to Groups.IO

I have not restricted images to be attached if they are jpg, bmp or pdf as long as total msg size is < 8Mb. When I last asked Scott KA9FOX who manages all the mail lists, images were being scrubbed from the archives.
Here is a test image of one of my R-390a

Maybe I missed something, but I do not believe this extremely important advantage with moving to .io was well described. We need a “do over”, plesse.
