[R-390] Cam alignment

Now that I think about it (and have looked at mine again), all that's 
necessary is to remove the escutcheon.  That gives you access to the 
clamp on the MC wheel which you can then reset as needed. The same could 
be done for the 1/10 KC wheel if the need should arise.  I think there 
are some steps in the manual that address this.
