Hi Larry, Dan,
If I may comment...
The BAMA document is a scan from the "straight photocopy" of the original I've done in 1984 or so: see the bottom of page 2...
The Royal Signals copy (https://www.royalsignals.org.uk/radio-rx-R390/2460.pdf) is a completely restored document based on those same photocopies.
But this document (from Collins Radio) is only a pre-TM11-856.
The 1955 edition of the TM 11-856 contains more data, but the parts listing and other original details are no longer there.
Be aware also that the "Corrections" C1, C2 and C4 have to be applied to provide a global document that make sense.
I already posted about the errors contained in the TM 11-856 that were not present in the 1953 Collins manual.

The most complete TM 11-856 copy is the one that was available from the Andy Moorer website (https://www.jamminpower.org/r390.html) which is apparently offline now.
I have most of the related .pdf that came from, but they are all too big to be sent by email.
In the Moorer's copy, all the docs that were in a "separate envelope" are reproduced at the end of the document, and there is also a set of those re-scaled in 11 x 17 format, but the file is 40MB big !

IMHO, to fully understand a R-390/URR in and out, you need to read and compare the three manuals available for it:
1_ The 1953 Collins manual
2_ The TM 11-856 (the complete 1955 copy) + the C1, C2 C4 corrections.
3_ The TM 11-5820-357-35 from 1962 (The corrected copy attached to this email: most figures within are a mess, but it is searchable...)
