[R-390] R-390 VFO Question

Well, I just found that, on Page 90 of TM 11-5820-357-35, it clearly
states: "The vfo frequency is decreased with a clockwise rotation of the
vfo shaft as viewed from the front panel."
I bet it would be a great idea for me to READ THE MANUAL!
