[R-390] Amphenol Twin-Ax Assembly?

I wrapped a tiny bit of tape around the part of the inner piece that slides into the other inner piece so that those could be held snugly together.  That allowed me to screw the assembly together and it makes sense to me now.  Sorry for the "bandwidth".
