[R-390] Lubrication of KC and MC Bushings

After a little more inspection, I think the friction I was feeling was
coming from the DIAL LOCK clamp. The fixed side of that clamp was riding
very close to the disk on which it is supposed to clamp when locking is
desired. Also, I *may* have spun the lock knob just a little bit over time
and *could* have had it very close to engaging that disk as well.
In any case, I moved the disk about 0.020" further away from the fixed side
of that clamp and the KC knob seems to be fine now.
Probably just operator error... :-(
