Hi All,  I've added a link in the 'References' page on our website to an
automatic download of this document.  It's not for viewing, just
downloading.  It's the 1st one in the 'Army' section.  Here's a link to

Fortin restored this document and arranged with the website owner to
setup this download link.  It's a very large file, 138 MB, so it takes a
little while to get it, but it's worth it.  The quality is very good.  This
