[R-390] R390a Mechanical Filters

Graham Baxter G8OAD wrote a procedure to repair failing R-390A mechanical filters long ago.
See the attached document.
Maybe there is also a group member that developed an expertise about performing such repairs.

One of my IF decks developed an AGC line leakage, but I have been able to remove the filters secondary windings from the AGC distribution.
I have been inspired by the way the mechanical filters are connected in a 51S-1.
