[R-390] EMail List Forum stay at QTH.net or move to Groups.io

Jerry, Thank you very much for bringing Groups.IO to our attention. I
read about it a little and played around with it and the search facility a
little, also. The search facility is quite good and fast. The default
search box that is displayed most of the time in the upper right accepts
boolean operators and the default for entering more than one word is AND.
And, it searches the title and text of the entries by default, so is
very comprehensive. The search by author is not real clean but can be done.

I can't spend any more time on it right now, but do have some questions for
clarification. It sounds like the existing list archive cannot be migrated
forward to the Groups.IO environment. Is that true? If not, can the file
you are suggesting to make go back to our current archive beginning around
1998, instead of 2002? Could I install it and a search tool on our r-390a
website? Would this be the right thing to do?

Thanks you.

Regards, Larry
